The rules for using Lumiverde, our music community platform.
Platform Purpose
Lumiverde is a community platform dedicated to celebrating music and bringing people together through positive, music-related events and connections.
Prohibited Content & Activities
Lumiverde is exclusively for celebrating music and positive community events. The following types of content are strictly prohibited:
- Political Events or Campaigns: No political rallies, campaign events, protests, or politically-motivated gatherings
- Religious Events: No religious services, ceremonies, or faith-based gatherings (unless they are primarily music performances)
- Organized Protests or Demonstrations: No activist gatherings, marches, or demonstration events
- Divisive or Controversial Topics: Content designed to provoke conflict or promote divisive ideologies
- Hate Speech or Discrimination: Any content promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups
Important: This platform is dedicated to music-focused events. Events at religious or political venues are acceptable only if the primary focus is the musical performance itself, not the political or religious message.
What We Welcome
- Gigs: Live music performances, open mics, jam sessions
- Concerts: Music concerts, album releases, EP launches, single premieres
- Festivals: Multi-day festivals, music celebrations, cultural music events
- Club: Music venue openings, club nights, DJ sets
- Dance: Dance performances, dance workshops, movement events with music
- Art: Art exhibitions with musical elements, artistic performances, creative showcases
- Theater: Musical theater, theatrical performances with live music, cultural shows
- Restaurant: Restaurant events featuring live music, dining experiences with performances
- Other: Music workshops, educational events, masterclasses, charity concerts, street performances, community gatherings (where music or positive celebration is the focus)
Content Moderation & Enforcement
Our team reviews reported content and reserves the right to remove any events, posts, or user accounts that violate these terms. Violations may result in:
- •Content removal without notice
- •Temporary or permanent account suspension
- •Loss of Musician plan benefits without refund
- •Permanent ban from the platform for severe or repeated violations
Limitation of Liability
Lumiverde is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumiverde is not liable for:
- •Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- •Loss of profit, data, or business interruption
- •Damages arising from unauthorized access or data breaches beyond our reasonable control
Direct Liability Cap: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Lumiverde is limited to the amount you paid to Lumiverde in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and your use of Lumiverde are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to these Terms or Lumiverde shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Sweden. By using Lumiverde, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of Swedish courts.
